We stopped by with our family to enjoy a pleasant meal. The service was limited to drinks, as everyone then helped themselves at their own pace. The presentation was neat, and the shelves were well-stocked. The only slight drawback was that you had to pay for your entire meal when you ordered your drinks. This system certainly saves the servers time, and it also prevents them from having to deal with the "restaurant-style" customers.

The food was satisfactory overall. The service was fairly good, although it varied depending on the staff: some were smiling and welcoming, while others were much less so. Unfortunately, the crisps arrived soggy, which was a shame. Overall, it was alright, but a few things could be improved.

Lunch today, the staff were pleasant and attentive. But unfortunately, the floor was sticky, the table legs were dirty, and I didn't like the lukewarm food. I ate it to avoid wasting food. The spring roll was dry and lukewarm. The quality wasn't there. This is my second time here, and I think it will be my last, despite the friendly staff. The chairs are very noisy; pads under the legs would solve the problem. Sorry.

Positive points: I love this place; the buffet is very varied and fresh, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Thank you to the entire team at the "Pacifique 2" restaurant for the warm welcome we received at the end-of-season meal for the St. Barnabé Kung Fu club. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the food! It was perfect in every way.
However, it's disheartening to see some customers, lacking in manners and undoubtedly taking the "customer is always right" concept too literally, causing a scene and making hurtful remarks to the staff.
The restaurant's policy is clear: any food waste is charged, and taking food home is prohibited, which is understandable for an all-you-can-eat buffet.
