Le Pacifique 2 sur Marseille

Thank you to the entire team at the "Pacifique 2" restaurant for the warm welcome we received at the end-of-season meal for the St. Barnabé Kung Fu club. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the food! It was perfect in every way. However, it's disheartening to see some customers, lacking in manners and undoubtedly taking the "customer is always right" concept too literally, causing a scene and making hurtful remarks to the staff. The restaurant's policy is clear: any food waste is charged, and taking food home is prohibited, which is understandable for an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The service is very polite; they frequently check the plates to collect them. The ambiance (Asian) is respectful, the music is easy to listen to without being intrusive, and there are numerous paintings and lamps that create a very immersive atmosphere, as well as other more discreet decorations with a great vibe.

Super varied and fresh meals. Also suitable for vegetarians.

The parking lot is too small. Cramped. In short, inconvenient. The food is okay, nothing special. But there is a good selection.

A fantastic visit to the region, lots of choices, a very friendly and attentive team! (Being from Brittany, I asked if they had butter to eat with bread 😅) The team responded to my request by going to get a little piece from the kitchen 🙏

The parking lot is tiny. The staff is helpful. We'd barely sat down when the waiter arrived with a carafe of water and a credit card terminal to pay for the meal before we'd even eaten anything. A rather unusual welcome... The buffet is mediocre. The sushi portions are far too generous with rice. The temperature of the hot dishes needs to be improved. I won't be going back.

Le Pacifique in Marseille is a restaurant I really enjoy. It recently underwent a complete renovation: the atmosphere is very pleasant, contemporary, and truly enjoyable for a meal with family or friends. It's deplorable to see disparaging remarks from customers claiming the food is "raw" when they're standing right in front of the Wok and Grill station! That's precisely the point: they select these fresh products to be cooked right before your eyes. It's a true sign of Asian freshness. Everything is perfect: the sushi selection is diverse, the seafood is impeccable, and the prepared dishes like the caramel pork and spring rolls are delicious. In Marseille, it offers unbeatable value for money in a truly beautiful setting. Honorable mention goes to the cocktails, which I love! Go and see for yourself!
