Pretty good for a tobacconist, but I can't say the same for the staff. Never a smile, it's very cold. I don't feel like coming back just to buy cigarettes. You get the feeling you're bothering them when you walk in, even though there's nobody there. Incredible, I've never seen anything like it. It's a business, after all!
