Family Chinese restaurant that we have been frequenting for several years and several times a month. Never disappointed, good traditional cuisine, warm welcome. The best we know of in Amiens.

If you are looking for a huge buffet with seafood and 15 dishes, look no further. On the other hand, if you want to eat homemade dishes that you no longer find in these gigantic buffets which serve you ready-made dishes then this is the ideal address. The exterior doesn't make you dream but the dishes are very good, with a little something different... That's what should come from homemade. Ate a lot because I wanted to taste everything but no heaviness after the meal... I will go back without hesitation... Thank you for your cooking 😁

En visite sur Amiens, nous avons suivi les avis sur Tripadvisor et... Bof ! Ce restaurant passe pour l'un des deux meilleurs chinois sur Amiens... Je veux même pas voir le reste si c'est ça le top. Le lieu n'a pas dû bouger depuis des années. Le décor fait années 80, sans restauration (carrelage cassé, comptoir d'un autre temps) . Le buffet à volonté est peu fourni au niveau choix, notamment en sushis et makis. Les plats froids (fruits de mer notamment) ne sont pas réfrigérés (buffet d'un autre temps aussi) et, du coup, les serveuses mettent de la glace par dessus les produits pour tenter de les tenir au frais. Les nems sont corrects. Pour ce qui concerne les plats chauds, c'est du plus que déjà vu, sans saveur particulière. Les pats semblent même fades au goût. Bref, j'ai déjà vu beaucoup mieux à divers endroit, notamment sur Meaux.

22/09/2024: my wife invited me for our wedding anniversary at the philopat dinner show reception 10/10 we went as a couple to meet up with 6 clients but for the management it doesn't matter they gave us the pleasure of remaining open for us my wife and me and 4 people who came from Rennes on leave in the sum we spent a pleasant evening with the management and their staff and the artist who was wonderful he ended with a rendition of Luis Mariano the singer from Mexico, wonderful artist and the staff who went out of their way to make us have a magnificent evening, the catering was excellent I had foie gras and succulent Flemish carbonnade and I am in the catering service and kitchen I had a great time they gave us a very good karaoke, the show by the brilliant artist and what's more the boss apologizes for the few people because two large tables were canceled we had the restaurant and the show to ourselves we had the impression of a VIP evening we will come back we promise it has been a long time since we had a superb evening a huge thank you to the artist to the room staff and kitchen and management continue, don't change anything and good luck to all of you and to the philopat de longueau well cdt
