As a loyal customer for a decade, I highly recommend the Palais d'Or. The all-you-can-eat buffet offers a varied selection (wok dishes, grilled meats, Asian classics) with excellent value for money. The staff is welcoming and maintains a very pleasant, family-run atmosphere, even though their job isn't always easy when dealing with sometimes disrespectful customers. The staff is welcoming and maintains a very pleasant, family-run atmosphere, even though their job isn't always easy when dealing with sometimes disrespectful customers. I don't really understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this establishment. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Admittedly, it wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, but that's still worth noting. On the other hand, the buffet is quite small, despite what some reviews say, especially compared to Buffet Zen, which isn't far away. The quality is still superior, so I suppose they prioritize quality over quantity here. That said, what's on offer isn't exactly amazing. The appetizers are decent, but as for the main courses, the sushi is practically all the same, with very little variety (not even tuna). The rest is mostly made up of low-quality fried foods and rather basic dishes. Even the dumplings were undercooked and not very pleasant to eat. So, for the hot food, only the wok was truly decent, and the wait was quite short (5 minutes maximum). On the other hand, don't count on the desserts to redeem the experience, because they are simply disastrous. Apart from two or three of them, and perhaps the ice creams I didn't try, the rest is really low quality. In short, I find it rather expensive for what's offered. I understand that the cost of ingredients has also increased significantly, but for me, the experience simply isn't worth the price. Once again, I do want to emphasize the quality of the staff, who were very attentive and helpful throughout the evening. It's out of respect for them that I'm not lowering the rating any further.

We've loved going there for the past three years. Really good food, always served piping hot, unlike other similar restaurants where the food is half-cold. Very good sushi. The restaurant is lovely and clean. Friendly staff.

The exterior was a very good experience, not particularly inviting, but the interior was incredible. The welcome was warm, a bit noisy, but the food was excellent with a wide selection.

A very good all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant with a wide selection of dishes. The buffets are well-stocked and regularly replenished. The staff is welcoming and the restaurant is clean. The only downside is the price, which I find a bit high, especially since children are charged from the age of 3. Despite this, we had a great time and would gladly return.

First time for us. The quality, hygiene, and service were top-notch. We will definitely be back.

Hidden away but charming, it's clean and the food is good. The service is pleasant and efficient. I recommend it.
