Good, but 1 hour 30 minutes for dessert, staff shortage

Having eaten in many Chinese restaurants, both in France and abroad, I can say that this one is clearly among the best in France. The dishes are excellent and, above all, authentic: they aren't "adapted" to the French palate; the flavors are bold, balanced, and truly present. You can feel the respect for traditional recipes. For example, the pho is served with all the authentic accompaniments (bean sprouts, lemon, chili paste, chilies, etc.), which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The portions are generous; you leave feeling more than satisfied, and the value for money is simply unbeatable considering the quality offered. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Asian cuisine!
