30/08/2026: This McDonald's has everything going for it. The play area is very popular with children. I would say it lacks a proper ventilation system because the smell isn't pleasant, especially since children take their shoes off. Another issue is that the toilet water gets scalding hot after a while. The biggest problem is the overflowing trash cans; I've noticed this several times in the evenings. Trays are piled up with garbage. I've seen customers searching for a trash area with their mouths full so as not to overflow the already overflowing bins and thus ease the cleaning burden on the staff, but they don't seem willing to intervene to clear the overflow, leaving us without a solution. Customers have resorted to leaving their trays on the table to avoid making the situation worse. In short, it's a real shame because it gives the place a very dirty and neglected feel. They should have someone dedicated to this task. It's disheartening.

28/08/2026: Hello, I'm currently at the McDonald's in Montigny-Les-Cormeilles. I went to the counter to pick up my ice cream, and I wanted to give a special thank you to Marianne, who I believe is the manager. She was very professional, kind, and welcoming, and she took the time to answer all my questions. And as if that wasn't enough, today is my son's birthday, and she was kind enough to give him a small gift. It was a gesture that touched me deeply and was truly appreciated. It's these little touches that make all the difference! A big thank you to her and the entire team. A professional, welcoming, and very friendly team. I highly recommend this McDonald's.
