A stop during our Cévennes road trip on Friday, August 14th. At 2:30 pm, we were pleasantly served and enjoyed a generous and fresh mixed charcuterie and cheese board. Impeccable service. We took a dip in the Gardon River right by the bar's terrace.
A very shady and pleasant spot. I recommend this stop if you're passing through.
We had chicken and shepherd's lunch on the large, tree-shaded, and beautifully decorated terrace by the river in a very simple, casual atmosphere. The only downside was the lack of vegetarian options.
Just had a quick coffee, but the spot was nicely shaded, the daily menu was inexpensive, and it's located in a small village near a river; it deserved a more thorough visit.
The owner was welcoming and helpful, the cook was excellent, and the setting was relaxing under the linden trees by the river. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.
