A beautiful place with a magnificent view, impeccable service, and excellent cuisine with delightful surprises in the presentation of the dishes. A digestif is also offered, however, it would have been preferable if it had been a local one.

Great, very good, and a magnificent view

A wonderful experience at this restaurant; the service and the food were exceptional. I discovered some surprising and surprisingly delicious flavors. The menu changes every 3-4 weeks with roughly three options per section: fish, meat, and vegetarian for both appetizers and main courses. A special shout-out to the owner who takes excellent care of you ✨

To end our Normandy vacation, we chose the Panoramique restaurant, which overlooks a large part of the eastern Cotentin peninsula. What a wonderful experience! Appropriately named, the restaurant, with its beautiful terrace and large bay windows, offers a superb view. In a simple, elegant, and intimate setting, you'll find an extremely welcoming and efficient team, attentive in just the right amount. We were offered a generous amuse-bouche. We opted for the three-course menu; after our very fresh starters, we enjoyed a duck breast with baby vegetables and a baked apple—no, THE baked apple—with its crumble and little caramel shards, a childhood favorite elevated to new heights. Be sure to try the Cotentin cocktail: apple juice and Calvados with a fruity base. As you can tell, I LOVED it.

A very beautiful establishment, ideally located (the name "panoramic" takes on its full meaning once you're there). The interactive menu on a tablet features photos of each item (starter, main course, drinks, etc.) to illustrate and facilitate selection (this isn't just a "serving suggestion," but the actual product). The service is quick and efficient, with attentive waiters and waitresses. A robot brings orders to the entrance, adding a modern/futuristic/Japanese (automated restaurant) touch to the place. Expect to pay between €55 and €70 per person for a full meal (aperitif, starter, main course with wine pairings, dessert), including complimentary amuse-bouches and a digestif. Naturally, the products are of very high quality and locally sourced (as specified on the menu – meat from a local farmer, fish, etc.), with beautifully presented dishes. I will gladly return. Edit: Following my visit in May 2023, I returned to this establishment yesterday, which (once again) did not disappoint!
