I went there today at 6:15 PM. I ordered a hot chocolate (the incredible one). The hot chocolate was incredible, but in the wrong way. It was undrinkable, even with two sugars (too bitter). I asked for a different drink, but the manager refused and told me to pay for another one if I wanted it. I find this unacceptable, especially coming from a large chain like yours. I left the hot chocolate and left, giving it to that poor manager. Maybe she'll like it. In any case, I won't be going back, and thank you.

Good atmosphere overall, but it's a shame there's still no baby changing facilities for a restaurant that claims to be family-friendly: something that needs to be addressed quickly, I think, to avoid some hassles.
