Le Parc d'Eden Restaurant sur Villeneuve-Sous-Dammartin

Stayed for a few nights earlier this month. What a nice hotel and convently located near CDG. The owners are very welcoming and have done an incredible job bringing this hotel to such a high standard. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and have plenty of amenities, including a refrigerator, stovetop, and coffee machine. Found this place on Booking.com with a very fair nightly rate and pictures showing the immense work they have done to this hotel and the property overall, which is still ongoing in June 2026 but looking fantastic so far. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

We have just spent 10 days staying at this quite beautiful hotel . The rooms have everything u need in them for a comfortable stay . Work on the grounds is being carried out and look forward to returning next year to see xx how much they have done ✔️

We needed a room for 1 night close to CDG. The hotels right at the airport were super expensive, mostly in $250-500 range, and with much smaller rooms. This place is small, about 20 rooms, but very nice rooms, all remodeled recently. Has kitchenette, bathroom, and separate room for the WC. I would stay here again for sure.

This apartment hotel is very functional, clean, and well-maintained, located in a wooded park. You have complete independence; the rooms have a kitchenette, coffee maker, refrigerator, and air conditioning, which is really great! The manager is very welcoming and always available if needed! I highly recommend it!

Fantastic suite for 3 people. On the ground floor, bathroom, walk-in shower, table, fridge, TV. Perfect for a person with a disability. Just 10 minutes from CDG airport. The owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back on our next trip.

Great hotel, spacious, beautiful, and very clean rooms. The kitchenette is a really nice touch. And the grounds are lovely. We'll definitely keep this address in mind for next time.
