We ate here twice last year and both times it was delicious. The welcome is very warm, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and friendly. The food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant in La Souterraine. A warm welcome from Fred and his son JR. Throughout the meal, they were very attentive and professional, while also maintaining a great sense of humor, which made for a truly enjoyable experience. A lovely selection of dishes. I highly recommend it.

Our favourite white fish is John Dory and they served a portion of this in their €25 menu. With the fish terriers a starter it was excellent value.

Excellent restaurant with high-quality ingredients. I had a traditional set menu (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) and a main course (quail fillet), all accompanied by a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The service was very good and friendly. The setting includes a well-designed and shaded terrace. I highly recommend it.

An absolutely fantastic experience, from the quality and quantity of the food to the warm welcome at the restaurant: the servers are friendly and have a hilarious sense of humor. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portions—just look at the size of the ribeye steak and the profiterole!
Just one small complaint about the young waiter, who doesn't like spinach (he'll understand) 😉
I highly recommend it.

While on holiday in the Creuse region, we wanted to try the local specialties (especially the fondue creusois). The dishes were very good, homemade, and generous.
The waiter's attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and humor made this evening unforgettable. Thank you!
