Friendly service but very slow, Caesar salad very greasy

Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. Breakfast was served until 10:00, so we arrived at 9:30, within the established timeframe. However, upon arrival, they were already clearing away almost everything. There were no utensils available, and we had to take a fork from a table that was already set for lunch so my son Agustín could eat his cereal. Furthermore, when we asked one of the waitresses for help, she responded rudely, giving the impression that we were bothering them by arriving "late," even though there were still 30 minutes until closing time. If the staff is unwilling to serve guests until 10:00, then they should adjust the breakfast hours. But if they announce that service ends at that time, they should keep the buffet fully stocked and provide the same level of service and friendliness until the very last minute.

The setting was lovely, the playlist was good, and the food was good. The dishes were beautifully presented and the service was excellent.
