Absolutely lovely hotel, very central with super professional and friendly staff So close to Reims Cathedral and perfect for booking Champagne tours, 10 mins walk on flat to rail station Nice small pool and sun terrace Breakfast in the shaded courtyard was lovely

The staff make this place special. Charming, helpful and professional and kind. I don't usually name check but Vincent was ace! Great location, excellent food, wonderful rooms, all round excellence. Well be back!

Centrally located and friendly staff.

The hotel is lovely, with a small spa, swimming pool, and fitness center. The restaurant is good, and the waiters are very friendly. The reception is also well-staffed, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is okay, but could be improved. What's absolutely unacceptable are the rooms facing the street. The noise is so intense—especially on weekends—that sleeping is practically impossible, even with earplugs. Luckily, I was able to change rooms and was then in a different wing, where everything was fine. The location is very central, making everything easily accessible (perfect if you don't have trouble sleeping). The rooms are clean. Some have a bathtub instead of a shower.

A really reliable choice in Reims – Best Western Premier Hotel de la Paix is one I’d happily recommend to clients. Stayed here with a group and it worked brilliantly – everyone came away impressed. The rooms are a great size for a central hotel, comfortable, and well set up for a short stay. The pool is a real bonus after a day exploring or Champagne tastings, and the patio offers a relaxed spot for a drink. What really stood out, though, was the staff – consistently warm, professional, and extremely helpful throughout, which makes a big difference when travelling as a group. Small tip: the public car park just across the street is cheaper than the hotel’s own parking and very convenient. A dependable, well-located option in Reims that I’d confidently suggest to anyone visiting the region.

Very nice and well-maintained hotel with large rooms and good facilities. Nice and helpful staff, good food in the restaurant, good Champagne selection in the bar. The location is perfect. There is a parking garage under the hotel. The indoor pool was very appreciated by our two-year-old. The only thing we missed was somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom and anti-slip in the bathtub.
