Magnificent hotel. Very large, yet you almost feel like you have the place to yourself! The staff is extremely pleasant. The rooms are magnificent. The terrace is incredible. I truly had an excellent stay. If I have one "complaint," it's a shame there weren't any slippers in my room, while there were in my colleague's room next door... but if I hadn't been there with several colleagues, I wouldn't have noticed.

Our stay was wonderful. I greatly appreciate that you found an item we left behind but the shipping cost is way too high. We are in Paris now at the Novotel Paris Centre Bercy and will not be able to make it back to Reims. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Parking is available for a fee but very useful. Friendly welcome. Nice bar and restaurant.

The hotel is about a 2-minute walk from the center. It has its own underground parking garage, which is subject to a fee. Guests must leave their car keys there if someone has parked improperly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Umbrellas are available for loan if needed. Our room was spacious, and we were able to open the window. Overall, it was quiet; we only heard the faint sounds of people celebrating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel is generally very clean and well-maintained. There is one exception: the spa area. It consists of a sauna for four people. One side of the bench is worn out and doesn't look very nice. The relaxation area by the pool is also not very inviting. The bar, however, is a pleasant place to linger. All in all, this hotel is recommended.

A great hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was decent, but the bread and crepes were mostly mass-produced, which is a shame considering the presence of fresh, local products. Special mention for the pool and sauna. Excellent service, beautiful premises, just 10 minutes from the train station and the cathedral. Ideal for seminars.

Right in the city center, close to all the shops... very beautiful, well-decorated, furnished, and arranged rooms... spacious bathroom... perfect home automation... the staff is very friendly and truly attentive to the customer. They are just very particular about the underground parking.

Great hotel, high level of hospitality! Reception assistance high level, restaurants with amazing food, wine list, and service! Many facilities, everything is clean and neeth. 5 stars for receptionist who was realy helpfull with all questions!

I spent one night at this hotel for business. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was amazing with great water pressure! The bar area is pleasant and spacious. Finally, the breakfast was good and varied. I'll be back!

This was our 5th stay at the hotel. We really like it here as the staff are so kind and welcoming especially Tony at the front desk. We were given a room upgrade and the room was really big, quiet and the bed was big and very comfortable. We like having the proper coffee machine in the room. The underground secure parking is under the hotel so super convenient and an excellent 18€ per night! This is our go to hotel on the way to the south of France. Highly recommend this hotel.
