I didn't actually go to Le Perce Neige, but I was very happy with the excellent service and the owner's kindness. My UPS package was delivered there by mistake, 600km from my home. On the one hand, customer service made a mistake and isn't responding, and on the other, the owner followed up with me, arranging the return of the package, always friendly, quick, and helpful. Thank you so much. I have no doubt the bar must be very nice; in any case, the service is outstanding.
This was my first time at this establishment, to pick up my UPS package. I received a very warm welcome from the manager, who was polite and very friendly. I will gladly return.
One of the few UPS drop-off points. Personally, I have no complaints: the service was normal and quite friendly, and the opening hours were clearly displayed (Google's are up-to-date). I struggle to understand the negative reviews.
