Thank you for offering us such delicious, well-cooked traditions during this summer period... thank you to the brave ones who get up early.

The bread was very good, the pastries need improvement, not great.

A culinary emotional rollercoaster! The traditional baguette? A marvel, a masterpiece; I almost burst into song as I bit into it. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, 10/10. All excited, I moved on to the slice of flan... And that's when the trouble started. A complete change of atmosphere. I don't know what happened in the kitchen, but this flan had clearly given up all will to live. Textured with a trowel, flavor unidentifiable... In short, a complete textural betrayal. Come for the bread, but avoid the flan like the plague!
