The pastries are truly superb, especially the Paris-Brest.

LEGIT. The people behind the name are both scientists artists and make BEAUTIFUL masterpieces. They know their craft and I can wait to come back. Also - lovely team, very welcoming and you can tell they bake with enthusiasm.

A small organic bakery that opens at 8:30 am with a limited selection (no baguettes, apple turnovers, or raisin bread, and none of the pastries you find elsewhere). Their original pastries aren't the classic cakes I like. However, the breads are very good, and the exceptional pain au chocolat and croissants are often sold out by late morning. The service is always perfect, regardless of who's serving you. So, even if I don't find everything I'd like there, I go every day because it's so good.

You absolutely MUST buy a pastry at Le Petit Grain... I've never eaten a croissant so flaky and light. You won't be disappointed! They also sell other pastries, which are undoubtedly of the same quality.

Amazing bakery, guys! I recommend the focaccia with cheese, zucchini, and mint (it was amazing, I felt like I was in Corsica; I still remember it) and the desserts with apricots and pistachio cream... but also the simple croissant. The quality is top notch.

Coffee Flan is simply amazing, even for salty tooth!

The bakery is excellent and the food is delicious, but it closes quite early. Remember to check the opening hours.

My favorite bakery in République/Belkeville/Buttes Chaumont area. Love the bread and there are often great pastries.
