The dish of the day (aubergine confit with mozzarella) is very good, the eggplant is tender, the tomato compote is well spiced and seasoned.
The Auvergne burger is strong, difficult to finish because it is very generous.
The gourmet coffee, adaptable as tea, is generous, homemade and you can feel it. Pistachio ice cream with large pieces of
pistachios, the red fruit sauce on the cream: a delight, the chocolate mousse neither too heavy nor too light.
The service is impeccable, dogs accepted without problem.
We really enjoyed ourselves.
