A top-notch restaurant, the food and the service were excellent. A great find in Privas. The veal rump was delicious and the pear Belle Hélène was superb; I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, thank you.

A great place for a tasting menu. The dishes are perfectly presented. No waiting. The accompaniment to the main course (chicken supreme) could have been a little more generous. The portion of mashed potatoes was really meager... at least for a cyclist's appetite. The combination of cod loin and veal and chickpea jus wasn't the best... to our taste...
