Le Petit Rocher sur Grenoble

Last night, we ordered a pizza by phone with a friend at around 10 p.m. on 08/23. I asked them for a Savoyard pizza; the woman I spoke to on the phone asked her colleagues what a Savoyard pizza was! Result: we paid €16.90 for a Neapolitan pizza and not a Savoyard one! I, who am from Savoy, am going to teach them what it is. Despite an incorrect order, the pizza we got was super good, very generous portion but just the regret that he doesn't know Savoyard pizza!!!

We only got there because it's one of the restaurants that closes the latest in the area. But in the end we were very pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were very good, better than in all the other pizzerias on the docks according to my friend who tried most of them.

Restaurant that we frequent often and we have never been disappointed until this evening. I order the pasta carbonara until nothing unusual, except that I find a hair on my plate as well as several large egg shells. I report it to the waitress who tells me that she will pass on the information as well as make a gesture which I find normal. What a surprise I was when I arrived at the checkout when I noticed that no action had been taken. I was offered a simple limoncello, which I declined because I don't drink alcohol and no other alternative was offered to me. I find it distressing to see that no action was taken even though the error was still very present and embarrassing in the tasting of my dish. The dishes are very good but the quality of customer service needs to be reviewed.

between friends, we took the octopus and garlic pasta suggestion... it was very good, the dessert too... all that remains is to make the waiters smile 😏

A true hidden gem! The setting is elegant but not too formal, facing Grenoble's Old Bridge and embraced by the mountains with views of the river. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and very helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food as the portions are excellent, the value for money is wonderful, the cheese on the salad is very tasty, the potatoes on the side are delicious, the butter on the meat is highly appropriate... All seasoned with kindness and professionalism of the staff, made our evening decided like this, without planning, an unforgettable evening. I also recommend it for the location, ideal for a romantic evening or a dinner with family or friends.

Food was good & very good staff & fast service.creme brulée was yummy.

Great Pizzas, Great Lasagne.. It feels very much like a local restaurant for residents of the city to eat. It seemed like only one waiter spoke English, and the feeling if being ignored by the other waiters was present. Although the lack of french did result in a little extra waiting time, the food made up for it. The atmosphere and location was absolutely unique.

Very good meal and great setting during the evening.
