Friendly staff, excellent pizzas, and above all, a respect for tradition: no Hawaiian pizza on the menu (an abomination for an Italian)! I recommend it!

Very good pizza, very friendly staff

I've been buying pizzas at Phenix in Saint-Mard for over 20 years. - I almost always order by phone and have them delivered to my home because it's often difficult to find parking in the lot. When I order, I'm always greeted warmly, and the delivery people are friendly and courteous. - Wide selection of pizzas with tomato or cream sauce, and even dessert variations. - Delivery is fairly quick; you generally have to wait 30 to 45 minutes, which I think is reasonable. - The menu offers a good selection and variety, with fresh ingredients. - There's a customer loyalty program; one pizza purchased = 1 point. - Reasonable prices, which remain in line with other pizzerias' average. However, I've noticed a change in the quality of the products; they no longer offer the same taste and flavor as before, and it shows! - Back then, pizzas were a little more generous with ingredients, and the quality was much higher than today. Recently, the calzone I chose had large chunks of fat and very little cheese, which disgusted me! Also, the omission of an egg in another calzone. - The lack of a website or pizza menu that can be found online. This would allow you to know if the pizzas are vegan, halal, or not, allergens, product origin, etc. - During the summer holidays, it's a shame that customers aren't notified on the answering machine that the pizzeria is closed.
