Good evening, huge disappointment for a Valentine's Day evening at Le Phénix tonight, the service was slow, the welcome was terrible despite the table reservation not being respected and in the end I left without the rose, huge disappointment, I am not ready to go back anytime soon, very disappointed this year.

21/02/2026: Excellent service, thank you to Coralie for her patience and smile.
20/02/2026: The waitress Hanandi at Buffalo Grill in Fegersheim was very friendly and smiling, top-notch! 👌 The stars are for Hanandi. But the ribeye steak was as tough as a camel. ☹️ This is the third time the ribeye has been tough. Hopefully, there will be an improvement in this area. (Even Lidl has better quality meat.) It's a shame because the service is otherwise excellent. 👌
