We had dinner there somewhat by chance on April 22nd. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (royal couscous/pasta with prawns), both in quantity and quality. It got very busy after 9:30 pm. It's located on a charming little street. If we return to La Villette, we will definitely eat at the Philharmonia again!

A very good experience having lunch at Phil Harmonia today. I appreciated the warm welcome and impeccable service. As for the couscous... delicious! Clearly homemade and generous portion. I recommend it and will return if I have the opportunity.

04/09/2026: We loved this restaurant: the atmosphere was pleasant, the welcome very warm, and the waiter truly kind and attentive. As for the food, we had the truffle pasta, which was delicious, as well as the four-cheese pizza—a real treat! We left with a very positive impression. I highly recommend it and we will gladly return!
