I contacted this company following a rodent infestation. Their intervention was very quick and, above all, remarkably effective. Furthermore, the person who responded was attentive to our needs and honest. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much, and the exterminator was top-notch.

I spent four nights at the Akena Hotel and had the pleasure of dining at Le Philosophe restaurant as part of a special overnight package. The rooms are simple, functional, and impeccably maintained. The welcome was warm and professional, and the receptionist was always available and attentive. As for the restaurant, I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect: friendly and high-quality service provided by two attentive, smiling, and professional waitresses. The dishes were delicious, prepared with finesse and refinement, and the desserts were simply divine. I sincerely hope that these words reach them and congratulate the entire team for their work. The hotel and restaurant industry is demanding, and it is important to highlight the dedication, professionalism, and passion of those who contribute to creating such wonderful experiences.

Perfect welcome, comfortable bedding and good breakfast

A lovely hotel, perfectly living up to its reputation. The evening meal was very good, and the breakfast was impeccable. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and secure parking. The only minor drawback, if I had to mention one, is the lack of a door in the shower, which tends to make the bathroom floor wet. I highly recommend it: the owner and staff are friendly and courteous, the hotel is clean, and you can feel a real professionalism and a lot of common sense.
