A welcoming, vaulted dining room. Refined traditional dishes; you can taste the chef's touch. The cuisine is worth the trip. Excellent value for money.

The menu was a bit limited, but all the dishes were perfect and homemade. Furthermore, the chef accommodated some special requests. Well done for that, but we probably just had an off day because the waitress was really unfriendly and completely lacking in empathy. Good food is great, but quality should be too.

14/07/2026: Under the cedar tree, welcome shade in this heatwave! We had a wonderful meal; delicious food and attentive service.
10/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Tavel! The architecture (formerly a silkworm farm), the original cuisine, and the "natural" yet well-chosen wine list were all highlights. The welcome and service were excellent. We will be back! Thank you again!
