Good food but nothing special Friendly staff Nice place to sit quietly

The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly despite the heat, so kudos to the team! We had a lovely time under the refreshing mist and plenty of well-placed parasols. The food was superb, the ribeye steak was perfectly grilled and tender, cooked to perfection with a delicious grilled flavor that would appeal to many. The children's menus were excellent, generous, and delicious, worthy of a top restaurant. My salmon tartare was a delight, perfectly seasoned to let the salmon flavor shine through without overpowering it—a true passion for cooking. Kudos to the chef for creating a low-calorie dish for me and for the wonderful dishes my family made. The pear sorbet is indescribable, made by a truly passionate artisan, using pears bursting with southern sunshine. I recommend it wholeheartedly. And once again, thank you to the waiters and waitresses for their incredible service. I highly recommend this restaurant and thank you for everything.

A very warm welcome, a very good meal at La Java du Cochon in Orange with quality meat. The ice cream for dessert was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you.

A superb spot to enjoy a delicious meal in the shade of the plane trees in this lovely square in Orange. I had an excellent seared tuna; the salads and other dishes were tasty and generous, and the staff were impeccable—a welcome change from the usual pleasant, smiling, and attentive waiters and waitresses! Bravo!

I love eating at this brasserie, firstly because of the staff's welcome, good food, reasonable prices, being able to eat good products without being robbed feels good.

Entered with some trepidation given reviews but I had good lunch at the price point. Fresh tuna cooked perfectly with salad and ratatouille, creme brulle, nice glass of rose. Friendly well paced service. Relatively quiet Saturday lunch in may in nice part sum shade spot. Good value no nonsense good food.

Market day in Orange (Thursday morning) – we were lucky, there were tables available! I think it's best to book in advance!! A friendly atmosphere, very pleasant and attentive waiters and waitresses. A perfectly balanced Aperol spritz... The French burger (with Camembert) and the one with Cheddar were delicious... A perfectly tender ribeye steak... An original presentation of the tiramisu and generous portions of ice cream 😋 In short, I highly recommend it, it was perfect, plus they accept holiday vouchers, which is becoming rare. Thank you for your hospitality.
