Hi, very well received, good food, clean restrooms. Large parking lot, the staff are very friendly 👍 I had a very good time.

Excellent welcome at this roadside restaurant! 👍 The service was quick and impeccable. The menu included a very good quality appetizer buffet, a choice of main courses from the daily specials board, and a wide selection of desserts. All this for €15 without coffee and €15.50 with coffee! The sausage in white wine sauce served with homemade mashed potatoes was delicious. I highly recommend this establishment, which is located near the A83 motorway exit.

It's always a real pleasure to come to L'Échangeur! Since Nicolas and his team took over, the welcome is just as warm, the service attentive, and the food excellent. There's a real sense of continuity in the quality and the friendly atmosphere, plus Nicolas's personal touch that makes every visit enjoyable. I'm always greeted with a smile, and the kitchen always shows special attention—a real plus that makes all the difference! And I also want to acknowledge Mélanie and Fabrice, the previous owners, who created such a welcoming and friendly place. Nicolas has managed to preserve this spirit while bringing his own energy to it. A restaurant where you eat very well, where you feel comfortable, and where you always return with pleasure.
