A wonderful project focused on sustainable food and quality products; we should have more businesses like yours. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the service is inconsistent—sometimes very pleasant and friendly, sometimes the opposite, which detracts from the customer experience and makes people hesitant to visit. But judging from previous comments, you must already be aware of this... :) Congratulations on everything else!
