I'm hesitating between 3 and 4 stars. The food was good, but I was a little disappointed with the lukewarm starters instead of hot ones. The dessert was so-so; it was a slightly overcooked sponge cake. The meat was tender, like it should be cooked on marble, and the fries were lukewarm to cold. The service was incredibly slow, even though the order was placed 8 days in advance. We weren't served at the same time; there was a 15-20 minute wait between the first and last orders, and there were 16 of us. They should use food warmers, please!

The filet mignon skewer is delicious! The staff is very efficient and professional. The restaurant is spacious and pleasant. Highly recommended if you're passing through Le Mans!
