The rillettes stuffed with foie gras were to die for. The prices are reasonable. A great experience! The owner is very friendly, but he's selling and retiring this week. All the reviews will have to be restarted from scratch next week ;-/.

Special mention goes to the pork belly with its many varied and perfectly cooked vegetables! A colorful and very tempting dish!
