This is by far the best restaurant in the entire Belfort region. High-quality products, meticulous presentation, exceptional harmony of flavors, impeccable service and exemplary cleanliness: everything is of the highest standard.

A magnificent restaurant in every way, a very high-quality establishment with a very warm welcome, especially from Chloé Saumolière, who knows her products well, gives excellent advice, and is always attentive. A superb evening; I highly recommend it.

Quite disappointed by our culinary experience at Le Pot d'Etain. We desperately searched our plates for a Michelin star. The menu (admittedly not the most expensive) was bland and lacked originality, especially the dessert. The service was far too rushed. To make matters worse, the chef spent a good part of the evening with a table of regulars, seemingly without the slightest attention to the other customers. Disappointing.

Generous traditional cuisine in a lovely setting with friendly service. An excellent wine list and a good selection of wines by the glass. A highly recommended restaurant that deserves its star.

Fantastic. Everything was perfect. The decor, the staff—very friendly, attentive, and with a refined simplicity—they were all excellent professionals. The meal was superb! A truly wonderful discovery. My wife and I had a fantastic time celebrating our wedding anniversary at this gourmet restaurant. There are some restaurants that leave an indelible impression. Le Pot d'Étain is one of them. Every amuse-bouche, every dish, every drink is simply exceptional. It was a divine meal! Each dish was cooked and presented incredibly well. The staff is delightful and enchantingly courteous. I confess that tonight, with what I tasted, I truly touched eternity. I highly recommend it. The prices are affordable considering the quality of the experience. A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Pot d'Étain for this meal, which was the best I have ever had.
