A very beautiful place, very little frequented, where we take great pleasure in discovering or rediscovering very varied species of plants of all kinds. Mainly vegetables but not only! The 5th star will come for me when the reception of visitors is more friendly, attentive and smiling (probably this is the counterpart to the peaceful aspect of the place).

A botanical and historical heritage of Versailles. Quite incredible to imagine this place beyond the imposing walls. Definitely worth walking through the door.

This is really where the king's court under Louis XIV was fed, and it is still a garden that produces fruit that can be bought regularly. It is still a conservatory of rare varieties and perhaps above all a pleasant walk with the statues of Hardy and La Quintinie, famous contributors to the history of the place

Magnificent gardens, pretty corner of greenery and peace under a flock of parakeets and starlings. A gardener who takes us on a journey back to the time of King Louis with passion 😉👍 and who greedily presents his planted trees and aromatic herbs to us. Thank you for this escape.

16/11/2024: Excellent dîner à Versailles avec un chef créatif mais qui sait conserver une véritable simplicité dans sa cuisine et dans son contact avec les clients. Menu dégustation très complet. Tous les plats proposés sont remarquables. Mention spéciale à la langoustine façon sushi, au navet mis en valeur de manière remarquable, au dessert créatif et rafraîchissant. Mais la Saint Jacques, le lieu et le bœuf ont également été très bien préparés.
17/07/2024: Excellent dîner avec ce menu dégustation en 7 services. Après un accueil très agréable, souriant et un service tout aussi efficace, même si un peu long au début du repas, nous nous sommes régalés dans ce restaurant étoilé. Cette jeune équipe assure et fait plaisir à voir travailler ! Les plats sont très goûteux, originaux et très bien présentés. Mon épouse qui n'avait pas apprécié son vin blanc au verre proposé par le sommelier n'a eu aucun problème a en avoir un autre, plus à son goût. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée et vous remercions encore.
