02/08/2026: The atmosphere and service are both wonderful and lively. The day I visited I had lunch admist a busy crowd. I would like to try other dishes on the menu. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.

31/08/2026: We've lived in Versailles for several years, and this is definitely my favorite sushi restaurant. The lady who works at the counter is lovely, a real ray of sunshine! ☀️ The sushi is excellent, the sashimi is very high quality, and everything is fresh. I've never had any problems. On the contrary, one day I ordered "pick up at the store" when I wanted it delivered. They waited for me and brought it to me even though the store had closed 15 minutes earlier… it was my fault, and yet they remained incredibly kind despite my mistake. I recommend it 100%. Thank you again 🌻🌸

09/09/2026: Drawn in by the storefront and decor on my way back from Gare de Lyon, I stopped in quite by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! A small menu, everything is homemade, the staff is lovely, the steak tartare with its baby potatoes is divine, and a special mention goes to the bread, which is truly exceptional. A little gem!

27/07/2026: Had a delicious meal! Lots of vegetarian options thanks to the falafel. Order at the bar, pay immediately, and sit comfortably outside on the small terrace in the cozy little street. The iced coffee was superb!!

06/09/2026: The confit duck was delicious and perfectly complemented the French-style architecture outside. It was one of the best French dishes I've ever had. The owner was from China and was very friendly. It's a must-visit restaurant when you come to Versailles.

06/09/2026: We ate at this brasserie with three children (ages 13, 10, and 5). The location is convenient, near the castle, and the service was adequate. The menu offers a varied selection that can feed the whole family, and the dishes are perfectly adequate for a quick meal. Note that there is no set menu in the evening.

01/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. We had already had lunch a little further down the street and were about to leave when our child urgently needed to use the restroom. My husband went into the establishment and very politely asked an employee if our child could use the restroom. He received a positive response. So we went upstairs. As we had several hours of driving ahead of us, I decided our second child would also go to the restroom. A few seconds later, an older man, who seemed to be the manager, came running up and started yelling at us, repeatedly saying that "this isn't a public restroom" and that "we're in Versailles." If you don't want people using your restroom, simply say "no" from the start. That's your right. However, giving permission, letting a family with two young children in, and then going upstairs to shout at them is simply unacceptable. We travel a lot, and this was the first time in France that we were treated with such disrespect. Even hotels near the Eiffel Tower, where we weren't guests, welcomed us kindly in a similar situation. The memory we'll retain of this establishment isn't its food or service, but the image of a manager yelling at a family with children for a basic bodily emergency. This lack of humanity and professionalism is unworthy of an establishment open to the public. And invoking "Versailles" to justify such behavior is, in my opinion, particularly inappropriate. Versailles evokes elegance, culture, and the art of hospitality, certainly not yelling at a family with young children who had been allowed to use the restroom. Such an attitude does no credit to the image of Versailles. We will never set foot in this place again and will not recommend it to anyone. *Response to the administration's response in pictures ____

12/09/2026: I don't know whether to pity or ridicule this restaurant. I've never seen such unprofessional service, both in terms of the food and the quality of the staff. If I had had access to a restaurant, I would have gone to Le Limousin. Unfortunately, it was closed. The young man, quite pleasant and charmingly handsome, wasn't particularly helpful. He told us he had been running the restaurant with his father for a year and a half. What a shame! After visiting a year ago, I've experienced such deplorable service, both from his employees and himself. I admit I'm not used to this kind of service, but I know Versailles and I know they'll turn things around, and perhaps one day, things will be better. I wish you good luck in the success, or potentially the failure, of your cooking and service.
