Le Potager du Roy sur Versailles

A disappointing visit; some areas were poorly maintained. We were told not to pick the few fruits and vegetables that were there, which is understandable. However, they were rotting either because they fell or rotted on the tree, like apples.

It's a pleasant place to visit and it lives up to its promise: it's a vegetable garden. But there's nothing extraordinary about it, and some areas weren't very well maintained when I visited. Furthermore, I think it's better to come in the spring to see its true potential because by early July the flowers have already given way to fruit, making it quite monotonous to visit. Also, it's an entrance fee... I was expecting to see a garden as beautiful as the one at the castle, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I was left with a bittersweet feeling. They could have created something beautiful, but it fell short. Or felt like nothing at all. I wouldn't go back... what a shame.

A historic site whose vast expanse showcases a multitude of cultures. The upkeep is in keeping with contemporary principles and promotes biodiversity.

Originally, I thought this was only a museum. Imagine my surprise when I found out the land is still being worked! The desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the gardens are immaculate. The King's Gate is a must see, as well as le Grande Carre. I would definitely visit again, as this is one of the most peaceful attracripns I have been to in France.

OMG. This is the best Thai food I have had. Such a surprise. So welcoming. Only us in the restaurant, which I can't believe. Just come and eat here it deserves it.

If you can, opt for the guided tour (they sometimes exist), it's very interesting!

We enjoyed spending some pleasant moments with our family in this unique place.

It's a place you can return to regularly; it will always be just as pleasant, even more beautiful than the last time. Enjoy it as often as possible! 👍 It's an absolutely magnificent place; we had a wonderful time. The workshops offered to children during the "Flavors Weekend" were interesting, and the welcome was extremely warm. Thank you.
