Delicious meal: everything is good and especially the blueberry pie! In this restaurant we find the friendly atmosphere where strangers talk to each other, get to know each other and laugh. Forget the phones for a traditional local meal. You can feel all the flavors of this valley in the dishes and the decoration is magnificent! Push the door of this place called a café and which has an unoriginal facade to discover a magnificent, warm restaurant where you will eat dishes that will make you want to come back.

While passing through Valdeblore for the chestnut festival, we stopped at the Pous Café in Rimplas for lunch. And we were not disappointed with our polenta stew and our desserts. Everything was excellent. Including service. This restaurant deserves its Nissart cuisine label. Well done to the chef! Take the opportunity to take a nice walk in the village of Rimplas and go up to the fort.
