A very warm welcome and authentic, original, and delicious cuisine! I highly recommend it!!

The hotel is nice and perfectly comfortable, but a bit dated. The management and staff are lovely, and the service is very attentive to the guests' well-being! As for the restaurant, it's worth the trip alone: ​​fresh, beautifully presented ingredients, a concise menu with ample choice. The blanquette and tarte tatin were simply divine... you'll definitely want to come back! :o)

Lunch today in an elegant and welcoming setting. For my main course, I chose the daily special: beef tartare. A real treat. Beautifully presented, with perfectly balanced flavors, and attentive service—truly exceptional. A very enjoyable experience, and definitely a great restaurant in Louviers.

Nice hotel, nothing to report. The restaurant is also pleasant, it's just a shame the steak tartare isn't hand-cut.

A family-run hotel in the best sense of the word, the owners are exceptionally kind, and everything is done to ensure your satisfaction, both in terms of the accommodations and the restaurant, where fresh, unprocessed ingredients are used. Simple, clean, comfortable, efficient – ​​I highly recommend it! Thank you again to the whole team, it's always a pleasure to see you again! Catherine, who travels 60,000 km/year, and despite staying in at least 3 and 4-star hotels, I know all about dumps, pretentious people, obsequious types, and the typical "metro" food... but here in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, there's none of that. This establishment is a true embodiment of Norman hospitality!

Great quiet location, quaint basic hotel rooms. EDIT: I rated this hotel 4 stars only based on the room. But the restaurant of the hotel deserved more than 5 stars, so I made the total 5. The restaurant food and service are phenomenal compared to the price. I had a 28 euro 3-course meal that was just perfect. I wonder if the locals know that such a wonderfull restaurant is in their town.

For dinner, the welcome and service were excellent. A friendly atmosphere. However, there were no vegan options, which was a shame.
