Frankly, reading the comments from dissatisfied customers, I find the mentality of some people in this poor country appalling.
If you want to be treated like royalty, go to a Michelin-starred restaurant.
That said, the service at this restaurant is excellent, with helpful and professional waiters, and the dishes are generous and delicious, all at a more than reasonable price considering the location.

We came as a couple in the evening and honestly, we had a fantastic time!!
The pizza was delicious and very generous. The mussels with gorgonzola were also great, just a little too salty for our taste.
The service was perfect, with a super friendly and very responsive waiter: we were given an extra table for the mussels, he made sure our main courses were served after our aperitifs, and without us even having to ask, we were given leftover pizza to take away...
A nice bonus: there was a concert next door that evening which created a great atmosphere!!
