Good location close to the center and airport, perfect welcome, very smiling staff, hearty breakfast, small downside our room smelled of cigarettes quite unbearable I warned, no room change offered and no product to camouflage the smell sleeping in this smell was quite unpleasant for me son and myself.

Super service and despite the slightly early arrival, the cleaning priotet was quickly moved around so we quickly got our rooms. Highly recommended

Fantastic staff, nothing too much bother for them. Stayed in the suite with the terrace. Brilliant value, definitely worth the extra few Euros.

It's a good hotel. The facilities are modest but welcoming. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are moderate. It is accessible for reduced mobility. There are enough parking spaces.

Very good experience in this hotel. I was in one of the rooms with PMR access and I was a little scared given some of the reviews about this room. Very pleasantly surprised! In terms of cleanliness, not much to say. 1 stain on the armchair at the entrance and a few marks on the bathroom wall but nothing to say about the rest. So very correct. Super comfortable bed, cozy decor, spacious room with storage and above all: a pretty terrace which overlooks the back of the hotel park. I loved having my coffee in the sun in the morning! Very friendly staff, access to the breakfast room to reheat my meal, no problem with the departure time (I was 5 minutes late). Very well placed for my event at the Palais des Congrès or for a concert/match at the Matmut Stadium. Tram line access 5 minutes walk. Free and secure parking at night. Thank you for your welcome. I recommend this hotel!

24/09/2024: I recently discovered the kebab at Georges, often cited among the best in town. The meat is well grilled, both tender and full of flavor, with controlled seasoning. The homemade tortilla pancake brings an artisanal touch that makes all the difference. The service is up to par: fast and warm, in a clean establishment, even if the atmosphere remains rather simple. It's the perfect place to enjoy a meal without fuss, but with authentic and well-crafted flavors. If I had to note one small point for improvement, it would be on the portions, which could be a little more generous. That said, the quality remains excellent and the value for money is very attractive with a menu for €9, drink included. Quick tip: Pay attention to the hours, as it seems that the restaurant sometimes closes earlier than the hours shown on Google. Today, for example, it closed at 2:30 p.m. instead of 3 p.m.
