Good location close to the center and airport, perfect welcome, very smiling staff, hearty breakfast, small downside our room smelled of cigarettes quite unbearable I warned, no room change offered and no product to camouflage the smell sleeping in this smell was quite unpleasant for me son and myself.
It's a good hotel. The facilities are modest but welcoming. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are moderate. It is accessible for reduced mobility. There are enough parking spaces.

I was in one of the rooms with PMR access and I was a little scared given some of the reviews about this room. Very pleasantly surprised!
In terms of cleanliness, not much to say. 1 stain on the armchair at the entrance and a few marks on the bathroom wall but nothing to say about the rest. So very correct.
Super comfortable bed, cozy decor, spacious room with storage and above all: a pretty terrace which overlooks the back of the hotel park. I loved having my coffee in the sun in the morning!
Very friendly staff, access to the breakfast room to reheat my meal, no problem with the departure time (I was 5 minutes late).
Very well placed for my event at the Palais des Congrès or for a concert/match at the Matmut Stadium.
Tram line access 5 minutes walk.
Free and secure parking at night.
