Le P'tit Boisnet sur Angers

Looking for a good Breton galette for dinner, we wandered the narrow pedestrian streets hoping to find a healthy meal amidst all the fast-food stalls. Our quest led us here, to a small, simple, and quiet restaurant with a wonderful welcome from the owners, who are trying to survive in this fast-paced and inhumane society. The galettes and crêpes are truly delicious, with very attractive prices for such nourishing and healthy dishes. A big thank you to them for offering us a little escape from the everyday.

What can I say... an experience you don't often have! An authentic place, the kind you rarely see. I arrived wondering what I was doing there, and I left knowing I would be back someday. The chef's food is made with so much love; it surprised me enormously. The place doesn't look like much, but the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I have the feeling it's the kind of place you either love or hate. For once, I really felt like I was in the heart of Finistère.) I highly recommend the apple crepe for dessert—it's absolutely delicious!

Passing through this town for a few days, hoping to uncover some of its secrets, we found one in this crêperie. The people there are remarkably courageous for their age and passionate about their work. The food is excellent, and we had a lovely time with the people at the next table. Thank you to these wonderful people for the wonderful experience.
