26/01/2026: A pleasant welcome with delicious pastries and a warm, friendly greeting.
08/01/2026: Progress has been made in terms of customer service: smiling and professional staff, hair tied back (I mention this because once a saleswoman had long, loose hair that kept dragging on the food when she bent down to grab something from the display case). Well done on the improvement!
