I was expecting they will have the garlic sauce for the chicken shawarma. It is a very Lebanese thing, this toum. The shawarma was bland despite having another sauce. The sauce was very little. I don’t know why they don’t put proper amount of sauce. The sauce gives life and taste. Nevertheless the person who made the shawarma in the kitchen was very warm and friendly and nice. He explained that they don’t use the toum in this restaurant. the other person who took my order was also nice. He offered for a free plastic bag so I can put my take away shawarma.
