Le Quincangrogne sur Dampmart

Saturday September 7, 2024 was the first time we came to eat in a Michelin-starred restaurant. And what a first time! Magical cuisine, with a special mention for the tasting menu which was a treat from start to finish. From appetizers with surprising and perfectly balanced combinations, to dishes accompanied by food and wine pairings which were excellently recommended to us. A talented cook and attentive servers. My wife and I warmly thank the entire team. I highly recommend that you come and discover this very beautiful restaurant.

A great culinary experience! Everything was neat and pleasant, from the welcome to the attention of the waiters and the chef, who came out of the kitchen to greet all the tables one by one. Thank you for this moment!

We are delighted with the meal we just had at Quincangrogne for a family birthday. I had spoken beforehand with the chef Franck Charpentier who is as professional in communication as in cooking. All the dishes were delicious and unanimously appreciated. The room is pleasant and the staff friendly and competent. Very good value for money. We will come back with great pleasure.

Only the restaurant For my fiancée's birthday, we chose the discovery menu very nice cuisine, The fish and meats are perfectly cooked. Original flavor blends are very balanced A faultless kitchen Small downside on the service which costs one star 2 points: a wait on arrival to settle in that was too long and without explanation (we would have liked someone to come see us to tell us that there were people there and that they would take care of us) -I had requested attention for my fiancée's birthday when booking and confirmed in the afternoon by telephone but nothing was planned for the evening, disappointing, I had to leave the table to ask Too bad, even if the room manager was rather pleasant, these points tarnished the experience and did not live up to the standard displayed

On the Marne side, a beautiful view and a nice walk to take along the canal. Spacious rooms but not air-conditioned. The facade deserves a refresh.

Restaurant experience only. Arrivals at 8:15 p.m. / departures at 11:00 p.m. Choice of Epicure menu for €85 + food and wine pairing of 4 glasses Too long a service: appetizers served without bread, without drinks. You have to ask and the answer is given from the angle of justification, "the glasses of wine only start at the entrance" we feel guilty for asking... it would have been nice to recommend an aperitif glass to accompany the appetizers of the made of waiting. The dishes lack pep according to our tastes, apart from the meat (duck) which was excellent! We were served 3 glasses of wine instead of 4…. We left the table, tired of the wait, and then discovered that some sweet treats were to be offered to us. It’s a detail but when you pay €250 for 2, kindness, responsiveness and taste pleasure are expected. We rarely leave comments like this. I won't come back.

Excellent du début jusqu’à la fin. Les plats sont délicieux, les assaisonnements justes. Un vrai régal pour les papilles. Le cadre est tout aussi sympa (bord de Marne). Le personnel est aimable et très attentionné. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Exigeants de nature, nous avons fortement apprécié la qualité et bienveillance du service, mais surtout les mets soigneusement préparés et bien entendu la terrasse en bord de Marne. Pour nous, ce fut un zéro faute. Merci à Thibault et Prune (Isabelle) pour leur service décontracté, souriant et professionnel, mais également au chef Franck Charpentier et sa brigade de nous avoir régalés. A la veille de ses vacances bien méritées, l équipe nous aura comblé. L attention pour 2 anniversaires aura été retenue. Merci pour cet agréable moment au delà de ce que nous espérions. Je recommande fortement l établissement et nous reviendrons prochainement.p
