We ate there as a family at lunchtime at the end of August; it was very good, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent in a very pleasant setting. A wonderful time.

A wonderful discovery at Rabassou in Rodès! We had dinner there last night, and the setting is simply magical: under the plane trees lit by pretty fairy lights, the atmosphere is friendly, family-oriented, and warm. You can immediately tell it's a favorite spot with locals and regulars. The interior is just as lovely, with beautiful wooden decor, very cozy and inviting. As for the food, the cuisine is excellent; you can taste the real expertise and passion of the people at the helm! I highly recommend the pork pluma with its porcini mushroom sauce—a pure delight (I'll have to come back to try the Roquefort sauce!). My partner, for her part, thoroughly enjoyed the scallop duo, an incredible discovery and tasting experience. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, their warm welcome, and their understanding despite our slight delay with the reservation. A must-visit!

We stopped by chance, and chance works out perfectly! The service was top-notch, the food was generous and cooked over a wood fire, the homemade fries were delicious, and the setting was magnificent despite the recent fires (all the more reason to go to support the locals). We loved the view of the Canigou and the relaxed, casual terrace with its beautiful plane trees. In short, go there!!! ❤️

I don't usually leave reviews where I go, but for this place I simply had to. I came on Saturday evening; the terrace is lovely, and the food is absolutely top-notch! 👏 From the salad dressing to the crispy, golden-brown yet tender chicken, and the wood-fired pluma that ended up on the plate, it was a real treat. The tiramisu and crema catalana were also excellent; kudos to the chefs, not forgetting the friendly waitresses. A truly wonderful place. A Norman passing through.
