As for the food, the tasting menu is fantastic for discovering Indian and Pakistani culinary culture, a journey of delights to the desert, executed like a Premier League match orchestrated by Pep Guardiola (be warned, the menu isn't a portion for two people, but rather for three; I felt like I'd just eaten a Djokovic serve!).
