Mountain atmosphere, quality cuisine, friendly and smiling staff, but the service is too fast; you barely have time to enjoy your aperitif before your main courses arrive. You wish time would stand still when you eat in this type of restaurant, but unfortunately, reality quickly sets in. So, ask the customers how they would like to spend their evening.

We came to this restaurant three years ago, and everything was perfect; what a disappointment tonight!!!
A ridiculously small shot of martini without ice, and stale bread.
No vegetables or salad with the ribeye steak....
Homemade desserts, perhaps, except for the whipped cream, which is basic.....
The espresso was like a bad filter coffee....
Good meat nonetheless, and friendly waiters.
We won't be back; we really felt ripped off!!!

Excellent restaurant! Beautiful setting, friendly and welcoming service.
The dishes, both the meat and the cheese, are superb! Cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money. A table of 12 served all at once, hot and without waiting, and with a smile—that's very rare! 👏 We enjoyed the meal so much that we came back the next day!!

We visited this establishment for the first time on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Don't change a thing, everything is perfect: succulent wood-fired meats, top-notch servers and staff... well done! We highly recommend it to everyone.

We've been coming to the refuge for about ten years for our ski holidays. The service and setting are still very good, but the food has declined in quality. We ordered different dishes we were used to (burgers, chicken wings, etc.) and were disappointed to find they were much less flavorful (less cheese sauce, far fewer onions, chicken with a seasoning nowhere near what it used to be, etc.). Luckily, the fries are still just as good. In short, we missed their old food 😢 especially since the menu is the same. And it's a shame they removed the proverbs from the place cards, I think. It was their nice little touch…
