Arriving as a group of 33 (with a prior reservation), we had agreed on a single meal.
Welcomed with a smile (despite our slight delay), we enjoyed a salad with caillette (a type of sausage) and onion confit as a starter, followed by trout with Bleu du Vercors sauce and a ravioli flan, and a delicious walnut tart for dessert.
33 people = 33 empty plates!!!
Even the children loved it.
