The meal is very good, garbure, gizzard salad, veal head with ravigote sauce and tiramisu, all homemade.
You have to call to reserve because it is full almost every day.
I highly recommend.
The food in this auberge was excellent; the foie gras was exceptional and the pudding (profiteroles) was something really special.
The garbure surprisingly contained gésiers of ducks rather than the usual duck neck or wings. This was not what I preferred in the whole meal.
My only criticism is that it's really far too expensive for a traditional Landes meal. Apart from that, it's a top choice!
Vraiment heureux de voir qu'il reste des restaurants de ce genre-là avec des produits de qualité et une cuisine à l'ancienne avec un service très agréable et les beignets dommage qu'il y en a pas tout le temps
