We spent last night in this hotel...we wanted to take a shower before going to dinner since the restaurant and bar were closed (Sunday evening but surprising for a 4 star) IMPOSSIBLE than boiling water We reported it at 7 p.m. at reception and we were told that it would be fixed on our return. This morning still the same thing..!! Suddenly when leaving the hotel we asked for a commercial gesture which seemed to be the least of things since we had paid for a service not provided we were refused, just offered access to the spa that we had beyond in our package and as we were leaving the hotel…this is insane..!!

Regular customers since 2015, we are always delighted with this establishment. The setting is pleasant, not far from the banks of the Seine and La Malmaison. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The welcome is friendly and professional. We highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, very clean room, the park well maintained and spacious. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We had a very good evening with good products and very professional and friendly staff. The spa is a little old but it was a pleasant experience. See you soon, we will be back. Very good address.

Really very nice. Fairly average food but superb and quiet location. Great room, bedding, surface area and shower products (Sothys).

Despite what we had read and which had worried us a little: we arrived with a SMARTBOX which included: the night, dinner and breakfast, and one-hour SPA access, all for two people. We were only charged extra for the aperitif that we had requested, and the accommodation costs for which we had been informed when booking. The setting is idyllic, the staff charming. And we had no complaints about the room which was spacious and well equipped. We will not hesitate to come back...

Le service à table impeccable, fort sympathique et souriant, c'est des plus en plus rare de nos jours. Les plats très bien présentés, bons produits frais et cuissons maitrisées. Dans l'ensemble un très bon repas à un prix très abordable, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je tenais à remercier plus particulièrement la serveuse Tayssir pour son accueil, son professionnalisme, son sourire et ses conseils de qualités. Je recommande ce restaurant. Cordialement Naïm

29/09/2024: Nice restaurant for lunch with cutlery outside and inside: fairly quick service (possible to eat in 1 hour). Discovery dishes are available so you can taste lots of small bites (in the photo it's the meat discovery dish, the vegetarian one is also very good). There is a sufficient quantity. The hummus is very good as well as the Lebanese bread.

08/09/2024: For 13 years, we have had the pleasure of frequenting this Moroccan restaurant, and each visit is a true sensory journey. It is rare to find an establishment which, over the years, manages not only to maintain such quality, but also to capture the soul and authenticity of Morocco. Here, everything breathes tradition: from the carefully measured spices to the captivating flavors of the tagines, not forgetting the couscous which seems to have been prepared with love. What sets this place apart from others is the consistency, but also the warm atmosphere. The service is always impeccable, with a family welcome that makes you immediately feel at home. It is difficult to imagine that any other restaurant can offer such an authentic experience, both in terms of dishes and atmosphere. In summary, this restaurant is not simply a place where you eat, it is a haven of conviviality and flavors, unique in its kind. There is no second one like it, and after 13 years, we still can't wait to go back!! ❤️❤️❤️
10/07/2024: A very warm moment with always smiling service, a meal of vegetable and lamb tagine, mouse couscous and succulent and very hearty Royal couscous. We went there twice in one week because we were passing through Rueil and we ate just as well both times. It was a pleasure! THANKS
