Very good restaurant, magnificent setting

This hotel is new in Radisson chain with potential, but also with big gap in Radisson quality. The main problems: - the spa area in “spa hotel” was closed and it was no information on web site - room had two beds pushed together instead of one king bed, so I kept falling into the gap between the mattresses. - service was disappointing: my request for ice was not fulfilled and housekeeping knocked on the door on the morning, but a had check-out later. We discussed that issues with the management, but nothing was done to improve my experience, except verbal apologies. Overall, it was acceptable, but below the standard I expected.

Hello, I give 5 stars across the board, even though I unfortunately couldn't stay at this establishment because after making my reservation, I received an email informing me that the pool was unavailable, much to my regret, so I had to cancel. However, upon cancellation, I received a wonderful welcome from a lovely young man named Giovanni, who was very professional and, above all, very attentive, as was his colleague. I'll keep this address in mind because, in addition to the fantastic welcome, the renovated rooms, the pool, and the setting seem perfectly suited for a relaxing weekend... a great place, I think. Good location, beside Seine River, closed to city centre, free car park, but there was internet connection problems and parts of the hotel was under construction! Breakfast was good!

Mixed feelings. Great staff and location! Excellent breakfast, cleanliness was good. However, the king-size bed is full of springs, making for a difficult night. You sink into the bed. Overall, satisfied with the stay.
