We stopped for an impromptu lunch at the Relais Vainquais, a group of 11 people returning from vacation and we absolutely do not regret our little detour to come and have lunch there. Meat and fish cooked over a wood fire, everything was delicious. We were very pleasantly received and we enjoyed ourselves. The wood fire atmosphere on a rainy day had its effect, we loved our lunch! Thanks to the whole team!

Simple and effective with the added bonus of cooking in the fireplace. We'll come back.

Le cuisine est délicieuse par contre, le service (la serveuse) laisse à désirer, elle nous a squizzés pour les desserts au profit de gens qui étaient "pressés" alors que le chef nous avait dit "ici il ne faut pas être pressés". Du coup, nous n'avons pris ni dessert ni café

We had a wonderful evening with great food and very attentive and friendly hosts. Small, family-run grill restaurant with a special atmosphere thanks to the grill in the guest room. The boss stands at the open charcoal grill, shows you the selection of meat and fish and you choose. The side dishes are the same for everyone: very tasty baked potatoes with a homemade cheese sauce, fresh garden tomatoes and salad. Plus a delicious cider from the neighboring town or a beer. Wonderful local food, freshly prepared in front of you. I don't want to forget dessert. Here too, great fresh selection! We would love to come back!

A nugget! What a pleasure to dine by the fire in rainy weather! A family and friendly atmosphere for cooking cooked directly in the fireplace in front of you. The meat is excellent and the dishes are incredible! Well served in quantity, the quality is also there! Please note, the room seats 20 and it is better to book and arrive at the start of the service: the pieces of meat go quickly and the choice becomes limited at the end of the service... A place to recommend for those who like meat in a simple but friendly setting Thanks to the chef!

Every moment spent there was one the most memorable time of our vacation. Even though we couldn’t understand each others language, everything went soo smooth because of the great hospitality offered by the owners. That meal worth every penny we spent. The steak was cooked very well and melted in the mouth. They also arranged some salad for me since i was vegetarian. Thanks for the great hospitality.
