Le Repaire sur Vernegues

Magnificent view and a wide variety of delicious ice creams, plus reasonable prices and a friendly welcome.

A fantastic treat! The ice cream was delicious, especially the generous and filling portions! The setting is beautiful with an incredible view, all at a great price. Another great feature: there's a parking lot right in front, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful find! The "Capitaine Blanc" crime series drew our attention to Vernègues and Le Repaire, so we were there this week. We did a geocache at the lookout tower, explored the ruins of the old village, and then had dinner here. It was absolutely delicious, the service attentive and incredibly friendly—simply wonderful! Five stars! We'll be back! Unfortunately, not this year, but we visit the Alpilles twice a year, and Le Repaire is now on our list of places we'll definitely return to. Two more tips: If you like beer, try the local "Byup Feeling Double IPA" from Le Roque d'Antheron as an aperitif or instead of cider with your meal. And if you have time, visit the Temple de Diane at Château Bas. The best day of our holiday!

An excellent crêperie located in a beautiful, calm and relaxing place.

We had a wonderful lunch on our final day in Provence. Our Air BnB hosts included this restaurant in their list of places they love and we are so glad we went. We only wish we had gone sooner. The outdoor terrace was so charming, the host and wait staff were very welcoming as well as understanding of our limited ability to speak french and the food was authentic and absolutely delicious. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent crêperie and ice cream parlor for desserts

A lovely crêperie. Very welcoming. Excellent crêpes. Very good value for money. We will definitely return.

Excellent restaurant with a stunning view. The crepes, both savory and sweet, are superb and generous. And let's not forget the variety of ice creams that will satisfy any sweet tooth! ❤️🤩👍

A must-see in our region's heritage, with its view from the old Vernegues, we are always delighted every time we go, a big shout-out to the calisson ice cream

Very good ice cream. And a great site.
